PTCL Shows Bid/Interest For Achieving Warid

PTCL has made an offer for taking over the Warid 100% shares.It has been said in the meeting September 30,2013 and this offer is walid for 30 days.They have not yet mentioned the price but expected price for acquiring 100% Warid can be 50 Crore Dollar($) to 100 Crore Dollar($).
If PTCL succeed to acquire then PTCL will become the second highest player of Pakistan Telecomm Industry.Zong has also shown its interest for buying Warid and it can be goog idea for China Mobile because Warid has decreased its customers by approaching peak of 17.9 million while Zong has doubled its customers.
In Pakistan only 70% of its 179 billion people have mobile subscription while Pakistan has yet to issue 3G licences.
